JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Analyst – Generative AI, BID
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs assessment to identify business requirements and opportunities for Gen AI applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a strategic plan for Gen AI adoption that aligns with the corporate goals and objectives.
- Identify potential Gen AI use cases across BID that can drive value, improve efficiency, or solve complex business problems.
- Help prioritize use cases based on potential impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and CoE/development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Use project management skills to track progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions related to Gen AI projects and monitor the performance of implemented solutions.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of Gen AI technologies, including stakeholder communication, training, and support.
Skills/Experience:
- Solid grasp of Generative AI technologies, trends, and applications, including natural language processing and data synthesis. Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business advantages.
- Proficient in developing strategies for AI adoption that align with corporate goals, identifying high-impact use cases, and setting clear metrics for success.
- Skilled in analyzing complex data sets to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement. Experience in modeling business processes and outcomes with AI.
- Strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams through the lifecycle of AI projects, from concept to implementation.
- Expertise in managing organizational change associated with AI adoption, including stakeholder communication, training, and support.
- Exceptional ability to work with IT, data science teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Clear and persuasive communicator.
