Sr. Staff DevOps Engineer

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, Sr. Staff DevOps Engineer to join the Engineering Operations group. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in improving our observability, modernizing our pipeline delivery, and ensuring the reliability of our systems, all while contributing to our mission of empowering organizations with innovative HR solutions.

In this role, you’ll design and manage Kubernetes clusters on Azure, enhance our observability stack, and modernize our CI/CD pipeline. You’ll collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams, lead incident response efforts, and mentor junior engineers, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.
The position reports to the DevOps Manager, who reports to the VP of Engineering.
This is a remote opportunity - must be US based
