AWS & Azure - Cloud Architect

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent experience

  • 10 years of IT related work experience

  • Shown experience designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions
  • Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud environments, cloud governance, and FinOps strategies
  • Deep understanding of cloud security practices, including IAM, encryption, and network security
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and methodologies
  • Experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
  • Familiarity with CI/CD/DevOps concepts
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and partnership skills.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or AWS Certified Security – Specialty
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity planning in cloud environments
  • TOGAF certification
