REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one full-cycle implementation of Stibo Systems STEP MDM in a leadership role; additional MDM/PIM implementation experience a plus
• 3-5 years of relevant Stibo development work experience and 5-8 years of IT industry experience
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and team-facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experienced technical skills in software development (Java and/or JavaScript), data and database design, SQL, XML, Web services
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related major.

• Worked as Stibo Sr. Developer responsible for carrying out all activities to ensure the optimal delivery of the STEP solution using standard methodologies.
• Configure, build and unit test STEP components, including data model, user roles, workflows, inbound and outbound, import/export and portals
• Build and unit test data migration components.
• Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules
• Prepare detailed design documents for data migration
• Guide and support junior team members in implementing STEP activities using standard methodologies.
• Support integration, system and user acceptance testing.
