WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Growth Marketing Sr. Strategy & Operations Analyst, you’ll turn data into actionable insights to help optimize our demand engine. You will keep a pulse on Marketing KPIs across the lead funnel and be an authority in key areas of our Marketing performance, using your insights to guide strategic decisions, fine-tune go-to-market strategies, and help leadership tackle important business challenges. You’ll also support our annual planning process, regular business reviews, and play a role in representing Marketing cross-functionally. This position will blend data expertise, critical thinking, and hands-on problem-solving to make an impact.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Growth Marketing Strategy & Operations Principal.
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance
