Job Description
This position is in charge of the administration and follow up the whole activities in the sites in Medellin. Also, supports the creation of PM plans, coordination of the technician, supervision of maintenance for critical equipment on site and BCP tests. Supports of wah logistics, and integration of all the RE brands on site to keep safe the Ops and the facilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer or related fields
• Experience in building maintenance and/or project execution.
• Focused on budget execution in a timely manner.
• English level B2
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills and an aptitude for detail
