The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain management and leadership experience in project management, team leadership, or as part of an executive team. We’re looking for someone who is:

• An effective communicator, with strong facilitation skills, especially when working with senior management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the long-term strategic development of the supply chain across the Element and Mould (E&M) value chain.
• Serve as a key member of the Supply Chain Management leadership team, helping shape the direction of the function.
• Oversee the governance and continuous improvement of E&M operating principles and processes.
• Spearhead high-impact projects focused on optimizing supply chain performance.
• Identify, design, and implement new supply chain solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Explore strategic opportunities to optimize and digitize supply chain processes for greater efficiency.
