QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated ability in Oracle EPM Cloud applications and on-premise HFM, FDM, and Essbase.
  • Proven track record configuring and developing enterprise solutions using Hyperion and EPM Cloud.
  • Experience with all modules of EPM Cloud, including EPBCS, EDMCS, FCCS, ARCS, Profitability and Cost Management, Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, Tax Reporting, etc.
  • Experience with various ERPs and Workday.
  • Effective communication abilities and a proficiency in building positive relationships.
  • Functional knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
  • Knowledge and experience working on Oracle Cloud ERP preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for the Oracle EPM platform, investigating and resolving system issues and incidents reported by our global community of users.
  • Perform routine system maintenance activities, including applying patches, updates, and enhancements to optimize performance and ensure system stability.
  • Guide the implementation of applications for data flow, metadata governance, maintenance, and rules changes.
  • Implement scalable architecture and low-code platforms to stay ahead of rapid change.
  • Build partnerships and work closely with FP&A business partners, enterprise architects, and database administrators to meet shared objectives.
  • Develop training materials and accurate system documentation to facilitate transition sessions and support continuity.
  • Coordinate with functional teams to assess and implement changes to the EPBCS system, such as system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Interact with vendors and third-party support providers to coordinate support activities and stay updated about product updates and releases.
  • Maintain security standards, data privacy regulations, and internal compliance policies by implementing controls and conducting regular audits.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of support analysts, fostering a collaborative and efficient support team.
