REQUIREMENTS

• Min. 1-3 years of experience in areas such as management consulting, policy research or corporate governance background. Alternatively, candidates with relevant experience in political science will also be considered.
• Demonstrate a strong aptitude for strategic thinking and analytics, as well as the ability to develop, design, and formulate frameworks, strategies, and solutions. They should also possess the capacity to effectively execute and manage deliverables and projects.
• Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills.
• Well developed oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity.
• The ability to see the “big picture” and to make the most of the resources of related practices to address the clients’ business challenges.
• An undergraduate degree is required; a degree in finance, accounting, economics, law, political science and/or professional qualification.

WORK YOU’LL DO

• Leading and managing engagements on governance reviews, research studies on corporate and public governance as well as regulatory benchmarking. This includes designing and developing frameworks and solutions to address client challenges.
• Ensuring the effective management of multiple client projects, including drafting statements of work, project plans, and budgets that involve multiple workflow streams and client teams.
• Engaging in marketing initiatives by providing support in the development of compensation methodologies, contributing to proposal writing, and conducting surveys.Establishing trusted advisor relationships with client contacts through effective communication and the efficient, high-quality execution of projects.
