As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) at Nutreco, you will be at the forefront of driving our Talent Acquisition strategy, aligning it with our overarching business goals. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager NA, your role will be instrumental in building strong partnerships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the wider HR team, ensuring that our talent strategies are fully integrated with our business objectives.
Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10+ years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter and/or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other key stakeholders from various levels.
- Proficiency in data-driven talent approaches, utilizing metrics and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in other relevant languages is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Leverage the deep knowledge of our business drivers, global recruitment goals, and industry trends to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. Success is measured by meeting agreed-upon recruitment targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and anticipate recruitment needs, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the process. High levels of stakeholder satisfaction will be a key indicator of your effectiveness.
- Offer strategic insights that promote diversity and inclusion, leading to the successful hiring and retention of top talent.
- Champion collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams, resulting in streamlined recruitment processes and improved outcomes.
- Lead and/or contribute to TA improvement projects, driving innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness within the talent acquisition function.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of TA Specialists, providing the support and opportunities they need to thrive.
- Contributes to continuous improvement by proposing and implementing (after approval) recruitment improvements.
- May perform duties in the areas of technical support, design and analysis, and can be called upon to make recommendations.
- Work is performed under the general supervision of an immediate supervisor, who reviews the completed work to assess the degree of judgment and compliance with standards.

EXPECTATION OF THE ROLE:
In this role, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process across our corporate and business operations. From crafting strategic recruitment plans to advising hiring managers on critical skill needs, you will serve as the linchpin between our business lines and the Talent Acquisition function. Your proactive guidance will be essential in attracting top-tier talent that drives our business forward.
Your success as a TABP will be defined by your ability to strategically align talent acquisition with the company’s growth objectives. Mastering stakeholder management, providing expert consultancy, and fostering collaboration across functions will be crucial in delivering impactful recruitment outcomes.
You will also play a vital role in developing the TA team, providing coaching and mentorship that empowers them to excel and grow within their roles.
