We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Human Resources to elevate our own bar of excellence.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Five (5) or more years of proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in handling high volume and harder-to-fill roles
- Experience sourcing and hiring HR professionals required (Talent Strategy, Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, etc.)
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (degree is highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of labor market data, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies.
- Experience using an enterprise-level applicant tracking system to track and report candidate and job statistics (we use Workday)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
