About the Position
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing, attracting and hiring exceptional talent across the EMEA region. This role is vital in ensuring that Energy Exemplar continues to attract top performers across all departments, supporting our growth and business objectives. The position will involve working alongside the Global Performance & Culture team, driving strategic Talent Acquisition Initiatives.
As a member of the Performance and Culture team, this role involves building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies whilst managing the entire recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Accountabilities and Duties:

  • Lead end to end best practise recruitment: including developing job descriptions, attracting, recruiting and hiring top talent
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy/recruitment plan; this may include job posting optimization and use of social media, internet sourcing, and networking means to source candidates
  • Identify and network with key talent pools and partners globally to actively headhunt passive candidates and generate a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
  • Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
  • Responsible for the candidate experience throughout their interview journey with the organization
  • Responsible for performing detailed reference checks on selected candidates
  • Conduct Boolean searches across multiple platforms
  • Finalize the contracting process, inclusive of reference checks and compensation requirements; manage the acceptance and declined offers of all candidates
  • Communication with all candidates post offer accept to joining the business, making sure they are happy, have what they need and are excited to join the team
  • Placing full time employees as well as some part time and contract positions
  • Ability to work under pressure and high-volume environment
  • Preparation & submission of various reports and presentations across the Performance and Culture team
  • Assist people managers with all internal and external Talent Acquisition related inquiries or requests
  • Partner with internal Performance & Culture team to drive strategic initiatives and programs across EMEA
  • Utilize the global ATS system and support the wider business in using the tool
  • Demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of industry information and the competitive landscapeBuild relationships with key stakeholders across EMEA and be a key point of contact for Talent Management processes and ensure these are being followed appropriately

Candidate Requirements

  • 4+ years of Talent Acquisition and direct recruiting experience within a global SaaS or Technology business
  • Proven track record of recruitment success across EMEA, managing multiple searches in different fields
  • Experience in direct hiring methods such as headhunting, advertising, ATS search and referral campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and have mindset to establish professional relationships with candidates
  • Strong communicator that can work well with stakeholders
  • Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

Proficient in business language
