Sr. Team Lead CX & Program
Focus on customer-centricity is at the core of the role’s responsibilities.
As a senior team Lead, you will communicate consumer learning and knowledge to the organization to improve consumer experience for the Czech and Slovak markets. Your strategic insights will have a profound impact on the organization. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in consulting and data analysis, with a strong background in customer research and project management. You will translate data and customer feedback into actionable business insights for local and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive a consumer-centric approach, transforming data and feedback into actionable insights and proactively elevating acquisition and retention strategies for the best possible customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, finance, marketing) to frame business questions, conduct analyses, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Main point of contact for consumer insights to business stakeholders
  • To lead and manage strategic, innovative projects and ensure high-quality research deliverables.
  • Partner with local and global teams to build advanced analytical capabilities like customer segmentation and predictive models.
  • Continuous improvement in the consumer data quality and reports to reflect the current needs

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: University degree study graduate with deeper theoretical knowledge in informatics, economics, and management.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in business and consumer data analytics, customer insights, or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing projects in a digital setting.
  • Experience in team leadership, focusing on upskilling and developing analytical talent.
  • Strong experience in consumer research, CRM segmentation, and personalized marketing initiatives.

Skills:

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics)
  • Basic analytical skills (SQL, Python) are an advantage.
  • Passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions and improve customer experiences.
  • Languages: Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, presenting, and writing).
