Description:

The Employee Facilities & Services department is responsible for providing fully integrated employee facilities, transport, and uniform services to all the eligible employees of EKFC and JVs ensuring service delivery that enhances employee experience with cost optimization.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Should have at least three-year*s experience in administrative and employee services.

SKILLS:

  • Able to work under time related pressure so as to meet all internal customer expectations and requirement
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of employee facilities & services specifically employee facilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic would be an advantage
  • Effective negotiation and team management skills
  • Must have basic MS Computer skills

Responsibilities:

Ensure continuity of services to all employees residing in the company accommodations by overseeing the receiving and delivery of supplies, uniforms as per EFS department requirements within the stipulated time.
