Sr. Techno Functional Microsoft Dynamics CE Architect (Sunrise)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations experience, completing at least two full lifecycle implementation
• Extensive development experience, using C#, ASP.NET, MSSQL, and/or X++
• Experience utilizing Power Platform and Dataverse tools
• Proven ability to architect and implement solutions that meet client business demands while adhering to best practice and performance standards
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (GPA: 3.0+)
• Effective communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent work ethic with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize incoming customer needs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Retail, Apparel, Footwear, Furniture, and/or Consumer Packaged GoodsMaster’s degree in Computer Science or related field (GPA: 3.0+)

• Provide highest level of combined technical and functional consultant expertise for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) implementations and projects for existing customers
• Own the technical design and system architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE for existing customer solutions
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and third-party software packages
• Write and review technical specifications
• Design, develop, review and test code
• Perform complex data migrations
• Log issues and track resolutions to facilitate quality improvements and enhance customer satisfaction
• Work to understand, design, develop, and architect enhancements to existing software solutions
• Provide services for the evaluation and application of hot-fixes and upgrades
• Work in a team environment to test, troubleshoot, design, and develop solutions
• Provide on-call support after normal business hours on a rotational basis
