  In this role, you’ll combine your analytic and project management skills with your ability to simplify complex information - helping customers develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease.. A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

• Experience noted above, OR
• Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve succes

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• At least 5 years of experience working in an implementation or business consulting environment.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Time and Attendance products (i.e. ADP eTime/ Workforce Central, Kronos Workforce Dimensions/ Workforce Manager, or Inova Time & Attendance platforms) required.
• Leverage strong client relationship skills including the ability to influence and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs
• Ability to recognize project risks and proactively partner with the team to document and mitigate
• Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply best practice concepts and experience in new implementation situations
• Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
