ITX IS HIRING A SR UX DESIGNER TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

Are you a passionate and experienced UX Designer ready to take on complex products and navigate diverse client relationships?
ITX is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UX Designer at ITX, you will ensure our products have clear information architecture, intuitive interfaces, innovative interactions, and beautiful aesthetics. You will work on complex projects, navigate diverse client relationships, and lead UX activities to drive product clarity and client confidence. You will also contribute to the growth of the UX Practice and the professional development of your team members.
Please note: This position is restricted to candidates based in LATAM and as such, only applicants within these locations will be considered for this role.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proven ability to work on complex products with a wider scope.
• Expertise in collaborative design workshop activities and user research.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for beautiful, usable digital products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead user experience efforts by being the voice of the customer, defining user profiles, and driving UX discussions with clients.
• Conduct and facilitate UX activities such as research, benchmarking, and user testing to deepen user understanding and validate assumptions.
• Drive product vision and simplify complex requirements into intuitive solutions while creating designs that align with client brand guidelines.
• Estimate work accurately, understand project timelines, scope, and budgets, and present design work effectively.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to overcome technical constraints without compromising the user experience.
• Share knowledge, resources, and skills within the team, actively supporting the growth of the UX Practice.
• Stay updated with new tools and techniques, seeking innovative solutions and implementing simpler ways to solve problems.
