Description:
SENIOR ASSOCIATE - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD
Status: Permanent full time
Location: North York, ON. Hybrid 4 days/week on-site
As the Business Development Lead at Lifemark Health Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization by identifying and engaging with clinic owners who align with our mission and values and are interested to join Lifemark through acquisition. Your strategic approach to business development will be instrumental in expanding our network of partners, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to the overall success of Lifemark.
QUALIFICATION AND ANALYSIS:
- Evaluate the suitability of potential sellers based on their alignment with Lifemark’s business objectives, values, and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify key opportunities and positioning strategies.
- Conduct a quantitative assessment of each opportunity.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare or rehabilitation sales is a strong asset.
- Experience in healthcare research is considered an asset.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and acquiring business opportunities within the healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strategic approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Exception time management and the ability to manage multiple opportunities/deals simultaneously.
- Any other specific qualifications or certifications relevant to the role
