Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is Australia’s largest rural water corporation responsible for storing, managing and delivering water across most of northern Victoria. GMW provides more than 39,000 services to about 25,000 customers in its operating region.

As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving improvements across our pump station facilities. This role involves standardising procedures, improving resource allocation, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of operations. Based within the Asset Strategy and Engineering Support Group, you’ll develop and implement a comprehensive plan to enhance the performance of pump stations, ensuring consistent improvements across all sites. Collaboration with various business units and stakeholders will be essential in achieving project goals within the agreed scope, budget, and timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading projects to standardise and improve pump station operations and maintenance
• Developing and executing a comprehensive improvement plan
• Working closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive efficiencies
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
