Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in headhunting and talent acquisition, with a strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates.
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates for open positions.
- Research and develop a deep understanding of position requirements to independently manage part of the recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring consistent communication and effective tracking throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and progress.
- Demonstrate a high level of autonomy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to efficiently manage your workload.
- Experience in IT recruitment is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
