Description:
Paverose Driveways & Landscaping Ltd is seeking five experienced SSSTS Supervisors for an upcoming contract in Essex and London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company specializing in high-quality driveways, landscaping, and groundworks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- SSSTS certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS card (required)
- Previous experience in driveways, landscaping, or groundworks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
- Valid UK driving licence (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site teams to ensure work is completed to a high standard
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, adhering to health & safety regulations
- Conduct toolbox talks and briefings to the team
- Liaise with site managers, contractors, and clients
- Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with groundworks, paving, and general site duties as needed
