Compensation range : $75,000 - $95,000
Accountant role for growing Construction organization! The role involves various accounting tasks, including payroll, accounts receivable and payable, compliance, and general ledger management.

REQUIREMENTS :

BS/BA degree in Accounting
3-5+ years of construction accounting experience
Experience with Sage or similar ERP Systems is highly preferred.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Preparing journal entries for month-end close procedures
Assisting the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payment
Assisting with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
Maintaining and updating the general ledger
Managing job cost accounting to facilitate invoice approval and payment
Reconciling bank statements to maintain accurate financial records
