This position reports to the Office of People, Culture and Equity (PCE), providing confidential administrative support. This position also supports students, staff, and faculty in greeting and coordinating confidential appointments as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of Higher Education;
- Knowledge of Maxient software and/or Banner software
Responsibilities:
- Maintain budget development, monitor expenditures, and authorize expense reimbursements and invoices up to the pre-determined limit.
- Reconcile purchase transactions, process purchase requisitions, submit approved invoices for payment, and create monthly expense reports.
- Track spending on supply, travel, and other lines in collaboration with the Officer, and place orders for needed supplies, books, and technology with the Cost Center Director’s approval.
