Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Staff Assistant to provide critical support to our Managing Director. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the overall strategy, conducting research, and assisting with key tasks such as grant applications. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will help shape the future of Calsius Group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Support: Assist the Managing Director in the formulation and implementation of business strategies, with a focus on company growth and expansion.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on various topics relevant to business operations, market trends, and risk intelligence. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on findings.
- Grant Application & Regulatory Compliance: Support the company’s growth initiatives by assisting with grant applications and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Administrative Support: Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Correspondence Management: Prioritize and manage the Managing Director’s email and other communications to ensure timely follow-ups and responses.
- Meeting Coordination: Attend meetings with the Managing Director, take notes, and ensure action items are executed.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidential information is handled securely.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to ensure the Managing Director is informed about key developments and to facilitate cross-functional teamwork.
- Special Projects: Assist in other key initiatives and projects as assigned by the Managing Director.
