We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our established team, dedicated to creating an environment that fosters swift, continuous, and enjoyable delivery of high-value features. As the most senior member of the team, you will lead architectural decisions, set development guidelines, and ensure the optimal performance of our services.

YOU BRING IN THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

• software engineering experience in delivering products, understand product teams, help fellow engineers to achieve efficiency
• opinionated on development processes and best practices, optimize and automate them
• (staff) leadership and mentoring experience, has been a role model for engineers
• strategic and tactical mindset, break down work in increments
• understand the value of writing technical documentation, guidelines, and standards
• Value feedback and working in a fun and professional environment
  At SAP LeanIX Product and Engineering, we embrace a hybrid remote work model, which allows us the benefits of in-person collaboration along with the flexibility to work from home as needed. Therefore, we hire only within commuting distance to our hubs in Bonn, Munich, Ljubljana, Berlin, and Dresden, and we expect our employees to come to the office multiple times per week
