Staff Business Systems Analyst - Workday HCM & Security

OVERVIEW

The People & Places Analytics, Research, and Technology (PART) team is looking for a new team member core HCM and people security solutions. As Intuit matures in its data-based decision making and talent practices, data security has reached new levels of complexity and criticality, tackling new challenges like more advanced security roles for nuanced needs and automating the current highly manual approach to security. Similarly, foundational Core HCM tech and data requirements continue to grow to match our growing company maturity with projects like ecosystem configuration and job architecture. We are looking for someone with extensive experience configuring Workday in both areas to be able to step in quickly and take on the work in progress. This role is crucial for delivering on Intuit’s vision of accelerating data driven people decisions across our business, supporting our top company priorities. You will be responsible for core HCM and security solutions end-to-end, starting with deeply falling in love with the customer problem, to building the right solution, to collecting ongoing feedback through multiple iterations that drive continuous improvement. Your efforts will enable us to create amazing people experiences through data - in order to contribute to the larger mission of ‘maximizing the potential of our employees’ and accelerating Intuit’s business growth.
