Job Description
The attorney will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing all aspects of vendor contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risks for the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Colombia
- Experience practicing law, with a focus on vendor contracts and commercial transactions.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex vendor contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial law, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate vendor contracts, including master services agreements, statements of work, service level agreements, and other related documents.
- Ensure that vendor contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate legal and business risks associated with vendor contracts. Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on vendor contract matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and operations, to support vendor contract negotiations and resolve issues.
- Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and other resources to streamline the contract management process.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting vendor contracts.
- Assist with other legal matters and projects as needed.
