Okta is seeking a Manager, People Analytics. In this role, you will support Okta’s People Analytics data management platform and reporting solutions. We are looking for someone with a solid technical background, passion for data, and ability to partner across various business functions. This role will report to the Head of People Analytics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science
  • Proven track record applying innovative solutions to complex database challenges and a solid problem-solving mindset in a dynamic operational environment
  • Strong experience with SQL (relational databases, data validation, writing efficient code)
  • Knowledge in designing and maintaining high-quality reporting and visualizations in Tableau
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues and outages promptly
  • Excellent business partnering skills and an ability to work across multiple business levels
  • Experience with Workday and Snowflake
  • This role will be based in Bellevue and Chicago
