Okta is seeking a Manager, People Analytics. In this role, you will support Okta’s People Analytics data management platform and reporting solutions. We are looking for someone with a solid technical background, passion for data, and ability to partner across various business functions. This role will report to the Head of People Analytics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science
- Proven track record applying innovative solutions to complex database challenges and a solid problem-solving mindset in a dynamic operational environment
- Strong experience with SQL (relational databases, data validation, writing efficient code)
- Knowledge in designing and maintaining high-quality reporting and visualizations in Tableau
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues and outages promptly
- Excellent business partnering skills and an ability to work across multiple business levels
- Experience with Workday and Snowflake
- This role will be based in Bellevue and Chicago
