Description:

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join the AI Research team at Intuit. In this role you will
be working on improving the performance of our latest algorithms through efficient code and
algorithmic optimizations that will lead to successful tech transfers of the latest research
innovations to products. We are looking for people with solid engineering skills, writing
bug-free machine learning code, experience formulating and running experiments, and
building the science behind the algorithms employed. We expect the data scientist to
contribute to all steps of the research and development lifecycle: from conceptualization, to
applied research, engineering for optimized inference, and deployment in various capacities.
As a data scientist on the team, you will interact with internal researchers, as well as our
partners in the product teams to define, analyze, and implement highly optimized algorithms
in generative AI, uncertainty quantification, reinforcement learning, recommendation
systems, and natural language understanding. The scope of these efforts includes a
combination of implementing new algorithms, performance tuning and analysis, integration
and testing.
