STAFF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

The Staff Education, Training and Development Officer role sits in the Staff Education, Training and Development Department (SETDD) and has responsibility for the effective day-to-day running, management and on-going development of all aspects of his/her assigned areas. In the first instance this role will have responsibility for (i) ensuring specific units in SMH have excellently trained staff who are fully compliant with all required training areas and (ii) particular responsibility for training related to H&S for all parts of the organisation.
