WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re seeking an individual who:

• Holds a Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in LLMs, foundational AI systems, and their practical applications
• Has a proven track record in building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and related concepts & design patterns (e.g. RAG, vector DBs, embeddings, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems)
• Has experience with autonomous agent architectures (ReAct, Chain of Thought, Tree of Thoughts)
• Is comfortable to adapt to a constantly evolving and highly dynamic marketplace
• Thinks strategically with a proven ability to translate vision into actionable outcomes
• Brings high-potential, or hard-won experience, and are ready to make it count
• Wants to learn rapidly and contribute meaningfully
• Is excited to be part of a properly-funded, Irish-based startup, led by seasoned and successful entrepreneurs, working with a world-class team, while tackling one of the most critical emerging challenges in the AI space

As the Staff AI Engineer you will:

• Design and implement groundbreaking API integration solutions.
• Shape the core architecture of Jentic’s product.
• Drive the strategic vision for AI research and development, aligning with company goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the company.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise impactful AI use cases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs and their role in business applications
• Offer insights and provide guidance into the development and adoption of AI-driven workflows
