We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer to join our team. The Staff Engineer will be responsible for leading engineering projects, providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers, and ensuring the successful completion of engineering tasks.
As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise and developing technical solutions (configuration, performance estimation, economics, etc.) as part of the ETO function. Possesses a deep understanding of processes and principles associated with the design and verification of flexible riser systems.
- Documenting and instructing functional engineers in the application of these principles to develop cost effective and technically sound solutions to support from Early Customer Engagement, through to project execution and delivery.
- Applying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems, or processes. Viewed internally and externally as a specialist in the discipline.
- Presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
- Communicating solutions across own function and with cross-functional partner organizations.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and proven additional years of experience in Customer Application Engineering.
- Have detailed knowledge of processes and principles associated with flexible riser system design.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Experience leading engineering projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
