Responsibilities:
- Management of significant Engineering projects through PMO
- Provide Technical leadership from an engineering perspective
- Technical and operational support to manufacturing operations
- Local Process expert process automation
- Ensure quality of process and product as defined in appropriate OS and Material specifications
- Structured problem solving
- Continuously improve the performance of the process
- Provide support to Process Development / Advanced Operations on technology development and application within the manufacturing process
- Selection of machines manufacturers potential suppliers, leading process of machine qualification based on created URS and qualification protocols.
- Creation of all relevant Work Instructions and Procedures .
- Taking part/leading in development process of PFEMA, Control Plans.
- Conducting SPC and MSA studies for new/modified processes.
- Integration of new process with MES / SAP systems.
- Lead role in process validation procedure / documentation.
- Train and mentor operators and engineers
