Stryker a MedTech company is looking for Manufacturing Engineer experienced in implementation, development/automation and support of various processes for its new manufacturing site in Skawina. Stryker manufactures titanium and stainless steel implants and medical instruments.

What you will do:

  • Management of significant Engineering projects through PMO.
  • Provide Technical leadership from an engineering perspective.
  • Technical and operational support to manufacturing operations.
  • Local Process expert SME/Project/Automation/Process.
  • Ensure quality of process and product as defined in appropriate OS and Material specifications.
  • Continuously improve the performance of the process.
  • Provide support to Process Development / Advanced Operations on technology development and application within the manufacturing process.
  • Selection of machines manufacturers potential suppliers, leading process of machine qualification based on created URS and qualification protocols.
  • Creation of all relevant Work Instructions and Procedures .
  • Taking part/leading in development process of PFEMA, Control Plans.
  • Conducting SPC and MSA studies for new/modified processes.
  • Integration of new process with MES / SAP systems.
  • Lead role in process validation procedure / documentation.
  • Train and mentor operators and engineers.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A degree in mechanics, industrial engineering or similar.
  • 7 years’ experience in serial production industries (MedTech or Automotive preferable).
  • Experience and knowledge in process validation/PPAP.
  • Experience in implementing new processes/technologies/production lines automation.
  • Familiar with GD&T.
  • Experience in using analytical tools like PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DoE will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Vision Systems, Robot programming, advanced measuring systems will be an advantage.
  • Very communication skills in Polish and English.
