Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle management of all IT assets within ServiceNow that includes hardware related equipment like laptops, monitor and other consumables. The role ensures that assets are efficiently utilized, tracked, and maintained to support the organization’s operations and strategic goals
Asset Tracking and Inventory Management
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets
- Track asset movement and location throughout their lifecycle
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy by coordinating with our third party vendor
Asset Procurement and Deployment
- Coordinate with procurement teams to acquire necessary IT assets.
- Ensure timely deployment and setup of hardware and software for end-users through our third party
- Manage asset tagging and registration processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical Knowledge - Understanding of IT hardware and software, networking, and systems administration.
- Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail - Meticulous in tracking and managing assets.
- Communication Skills - Effective communication with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Organizational Skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve asset-related issues.
- Software Proficiency - Familiarity with asset management software and tools
