We have a Band 5 full-time position available. The successful applicant will join our established nurse-led team.
As a renal nurse, you will play an integral role in maintaining and developing a center of clinical excellence, working in an environment that meets the needs of both clients and team members.
To provide high quality, effective, individualised care to all haemodialysis patients
To assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate them without supervision
