REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. Diploma Nursing or equiv.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  • Candidates with leadership experience may be considered for a senior role
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
  • Bilingual proficiency to handle Mandarin speaking patient is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe delivery of care and make clinical decisions for all residents.
  • Provide comprehensive clinical care and nursing procedures, including resident assessments, medication administration, injections, complex wound dressings, and monitoring of vital signs.
  • Manage the ordering, packing, and preparation of daily medications for all residents.
  • Mentor and guide Nursing Aides to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Participate in patient care rounds and contribute to care planning and management.
  • Provide health education to residents and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training programs to maintain and enhance clinical competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards for nursing care.
