POSITION SUMMARY

This is a high-impact role with a lot of excitement. You will be able to turn information into insights through analytics, data science, and experimentation and help the company grow tremendously. We have opportunities in a few areas, such as growth, retention, customer experience, etc., and we will align you based on your interest and strength to our best.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,700 - $245,300+ equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Come make a difference with us and have fun doing it!

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define key metrics and answer important questions.
  • Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn the hypothesis into actionable and well-designed experiments(A/B Testing)
  • Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor the metrics and show where we are now, whether we have achieved our goals, and why
  • Communicate results, influence stakeholders, and be the trusted thought partner for the product, engineering, and leadership team.
  • Ideate, execute and measure Growth initiatives.
