Responsibilities:
- Act as the Design Lead within the CRM team, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering leaders to drive the design vision and strategy.
- Own end-to-end experience design tasks, from initial wireframes to interactive prototypes, user testing, and final high-fidelity designs.
- Mentor other designers to create a collaborative environment and ensure coherence in the user experience of the product.
- Assist in the development of user research studies and plans, and partner with Product to run and synthesize user research.
- Establish and promote best practices for design collaboration with engineering, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality product delivery.
- Contribute to the development of CreatorIQ’s product strategy, thinking beyond interfaces and solving for the Creator Economy space pain points.
- Design key components for CRM tools such as Campaigns, Creator Profiles, Lists and data management systems, ensuring they are intuitive and user-friendly.
- You will be expected to work in a remote-first environment with occasional off-sites in our offices.
