SentinelOne is growing its Professional Services team and looking for a seasoned Identity / Active Directory expert to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Singularity Identity product family. The role of the SME is to support the Professional Services Team in developing and documenting best practices as well as directly handle complex implementations and consultative engagements in order to deliver exceptional quality services and mission-critical security solutions.

WHAT SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE SHOULD YOU BRING?

  • Advanced AD Management: Fully proficient in managing and configuring complex Active Directory environments, including multi-forest architectures and trust relationships.
  • AD Security: Deep understanding of AD security principles, including secure administration practices, AD delegation, and monitoring AD for security events.
  • AD Integration: Experience with integrating AD with other identity management systems and cloud services.
  • AD Incident Response: Ability to detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents involving AD, including identifying signs of compromise and implementing remediation measures.
  • Identity Lifecycle Management: Expertise in managing the identity lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Authentication and Authorization: Knowledge of various authentication methods (e.g., multi-factor authentication, single sign-on) and authorization mechanisms.
  • Federated Identity Management: Experience with federated identity solutions and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Identity Governance: Proficiency in implementing and managing identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
  • Risk Assessment: Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments of identity architectures, identifying potential vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Threat Modeling: Experience with threat modeling specific to identity systems, including understanding common attack vectors and mitigation strategies.
  • Security Best Practices: Knowledge of best practices for securing identity systems, including least privilege, zero trust principles, and continuous monitoring.
  • Possess a customer-centric approach. Must truly enjoy working with customers, establishing strong and technical relationships and managing expectations with great results while occasionally handling customer escalations.
  • 7+ years in a field services role (professional services, pre-sales, support, etc.) preferably in a cybersecurity related domain.
  • Knowledge of threat handling, incident response and SOC operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of security, data storage and network concepts (TCP/IP, routing, LAN/WAN, SIEM, firewalls, EPP, IDS/IPS, etc.).
  • Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
  • Industry certifications showing domain expertise in Active Directory and Entra ID.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customer onboarding activities as it relates to identity architectures and S1 Identity product lines.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and debugging Identity deployments involving Active Directory, Entra and other IDP environments.
  • Deliver implementation, enablement and advisory for SentinelOne Identity products and technologies.
  • Consult with customers to build collaborative architecture, success criteria and project plans for implementation customized to their business objectives.
  • Work with Customers as a trusted advisor helping guide them on ongoing security best practices, platform management and product usage.
  • Represent and advocate customer needs and issues cross-departmentally.
