Intuit is looking for a Staff Program Manager, Global University Programs to join our Talent Acquisition Programs Team. As a Staff Program Manager you will be focused on building programs for:
- Student Engagement Experience (from Offer Accept to Start Date): responsible for curating and customizing experiences before any NCG, Intern or Co-Op joins the organizations. Will include keep warm strategies, touch points, and comms with all talent and customized per geo/talent type.
- Intern/Co-Op Experience: responsible for creating, implementing and managing the global intern and co-op experience and all cohorts on an annual basis.
- New Grad/Early Career Experience: responsible for researching and forming recommendations and program plan for all early career hires into the organization.
This role will be leading transformation as we move into FY25 from new program creation in the Student Engagement Experience and reimagining the Intern/Co-Op and NCG programs that currently exist to better align to our business needs in Skills of the Future and the need to expand programs Globally.
This role will report to the Senior Program Manager of the UR Global Center of Excellence (COE).
This role can be based in San Diego, Mountain View, Atlanta, New York City, or Toronto.
