As a Staff Program Manager, you will be a key thought partner and accountable leader who accelerates Small Business ecosystem growth at scale by developing, assessing and leading high-visibility, high-complexity projects and programs. You will have extreme ownership for outcomes and drive clarity of strategy, operationalize initiatives, effectively adapt to changing priorities, anticipate risks and connect the dots across the organization to deliver at scale.
A passion for problem solving, driving clarity from ambiguity and accelerating business outcomes through a proven record of program management experience delivering large-scale, highly matrixed programs will drive success in your role.
