Job Title: Staff Scheduling Coordinator - Hybrid position

The Staff Scheduling Coordinator will assist with filling open shifts for same-day callouts, coordinates, manages and maintains the staff and provider schedules for the market. Establishes relationships to gain knowledge of individual preferences, skills and abilities, using judgement to achieve scheduled coverage needs for the business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Proven experience working with excel, required
  • Scheduling experience within a healthcare environment, preferred
  • Skills in QGenda or other transferable scheduling software, preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting with maintenance and updating schedules for center staff. Responsibility for scheduling all providers (full-time, part-time and per diem) for clinical shifts, both on a biweekly (pay period) basis
  • Assist with filling gaps in the schedule that arise (e.g. due to illness or operational needs).
  • Conduct outbound calls to identify team members to fill same-day and/or future-dated open shifts.
  • Update schedules accordingly with new assigned team members.
  • Assist with re-scheduling team members that call out as needed.
  • May assist with reassigning PTO hours for team member callouts.
  • Collaborates and works in partnership with the Operations Associate and Team Leaders with aligning schedules and coverage for the market.
  • All other duties as assigned.
