Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Prototype Development: Build and iterate on prototypes to clarify requirements and reduce technical ambiguity.
  • Platform Foundation: Architect and enhance a robust platform supporting AI and data solutions across Kinaxis, aligning with our product vision and user needs.
  • Architectural Innovation: Lead the evolution of our AI platform architecture, integrating customer feedback and leveraging your technical expertise.
  • Agile Collaboration: Participate in agile processes, including pair programming, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leadership: Lead development & QA efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient defect resolution. This role includes guiding team and overseeing key processes rather than direct personnel management.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Identify and address engineering challenges, leading initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
  • Technical Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts and product knowledge to a broad range of stakeholders, from engineers to senior management
