JOB OVERVIEW

Our team, Engineering Enablement, supports the engineering organization by creating, innovating, and operating the tooling engineers need to push code into production. We are responsible for deployment tools and the Mailchimp Development Environment. We are currently evolving our environment to adapt to cloud development and support cloud-focused CI/CD tooling.
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our team! As a key team member, your responsibility will be to design, develop, and enhance the tools and processes that enable Developers and other internal customers to efficiently create, promote, deploy, and build their respective applications. Additionally, you will help build the team’s technical roadmap to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction across the developer’s community.
The ideal candidate is a technical leader who has experience working in and operating large-scale solutions, plus familiarity with current technology trends and patterns. In addition to technical expertise, you must also be a skilled communicator and collaborator comfortable working across Engineering teams and multiple partner departments.
Intuit Mailchimp is a hybrid workplace, giving employees the opportunity to collaborate in person with team members in our Atlanta and Brooklyn offices two or more days per week.
