QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced software development environment
  • Preferable, but not mandatory: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
  • Ability to develop software in TypeScript, Python, Rust, or other programming languages
  • Extensive experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of enterprise web applications.
  • Ability to design maintainable APIs
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Staff Engineer, you will lead the frontend function to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications. Ensure best practices, adopt new technologies, and enhance user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical Leadership: Guide the team, make architectural decisions, and collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers.
  • Code Quality: Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and implement automated testing.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with trends, improve processes, and integrate new tools.
  • Project Management: Plan and manage projects, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to product strategy.
  • User Experience: Ensure interfaces are intuitive, responsive, and accessible, working closely with UX/UI designers.
