We are proud to be launching a new state-of-the-art technology facility in Dublin, Ireland. The Dublin-based team will play a critical role in our continued digital transformation and will function as a center of excellence for SiriusXM’s global Product and Technology organization.
SiriusXM’s new Dublin facility will comprise a workforce primarily focused on software development, automotive technology and engineering, AdTech, data science, and analytics. Talent based in the new technology hub will be charged with developing and implementing best-in-class standards for high-quality, scalable software deliveries for SiriusXM’s streaming and in-vehicle audio entertainment platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in development for advanced features, architectures, and platforms for end-to-end solutions for the implementation of SiriusXM receiver products and technology used in Automotive infotainment systems and head units.
- Participate with entire engineering process from concept through release to create new features in an agile process.
- Collaborate with SiriusXM receiver manufacturer partners to resolve outstanding user interface software issues during the product development process
- Participate in SW estimates and scoping by identifying increasingly refined work and cost estimates through the decision making and implementation process
- Author software components, insuring they meet functional and quality requirements.
- Participate with the design top level interactions between components.
- Including automotive functional requirements for each component within the overall design.
- Understanding SiriusXM feature UI/UX requirements for features and contracts between components.
- Automotive Client Application
- Support and resolve encountered design and implementation issues over the entire development process from conceptual design through implementation and release.
- Participate in reviews sessions for new user interfaces, features and software implementation designs with the software team and other stakeholders.
- Support the development and integration of all feature components.
- Participate in detailed designs.
- Diagnose and resolve escalated issues.
- Find/analyse gaps and improvements in current implementations and Architectures
