QUALIFICATIONS :

• Actuellement en cours d’obtention ou récemment diplômé d’un diplôme en science des données, informatique, statistiques ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Maîtrise de Python pour les tâches d’analyse et d’automatisation des données.
• Expérience avec PowerBI pour la création de tableaux de bord interactifs et conviviaux.
• Familiarité avec les meilleures pratiques de sécurité des données.
• Compréhension de base de SQL pour les requêtes de données.
• Compréhension des pratiques DevOps et de leur application dans la gestion des données.
• Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes avec une grande attention aux détails.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
• Capacité à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement d’équipe.
  Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. JOB SUMMARY:

Our data team plays a crucial role in ensuring that we leverage data to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives. We are looking for a passionate and driven Data Analyst Intern to join our team and contribute to our data monitoring and reporting efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
• Experience with PowerBI for creating interactive and user-friendly dashboards.
• Familiarity with data security best practices.
• Basic understanding of SQL for data querying.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and their application in data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

• Create comprehensive dashboards and reports related to data availability, security, and other pertinent information to share with our stakeholders.
• Utilize Python to analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using PowerBI to provide actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure data pipelines are secure, efficient, and well-maintained.
• Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
