RESPONSABILITÉS :
Développement de user stories :
- Analyser, enquêter et rédiger des user stories détaillées à l’usage de l’équipe de développement. Veiller à ce que les user stories soient claires, concises et alignées sur les exigences du projet.
Documentation de l’architecture :
- Enquêter sur les configurations d’architecture actuelles et documenter/mettre à jour les diagrammes d’architecture. Veiller à ce que tous les diagrammes soient à jour et reflètent avec précision les systèmes actuels.
Gestion de l’inventaire des serveurs :
- Mettre à jour et améliorer les listes d’inventaire des serveurs avec des informations critiques. Veiller à ce que les inventaires des serveurs soient complets et maintenus régulièrement.
Chemins de migration des OS :
- Identifier les chemins de migration des systèmes d’exploitation (OS) et proposer des solutions exécutables. Collaborer avec les équipes concernées pour garantir des processus de migration fluides.
Qualifications :
- En cours d’obtention d’un diplôme en informatique, technologie de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes solides.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical analysis and project management. The ideal candidate will be involved in the analysis, investigation, and documentation of various technological processes and assets. This role will support our development team by authoring user stories, updating architecture diagrams, enhancing server inventory lists, and identifying OS migration paths.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of architecture diagrams and server management.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and user story creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
User Story Development:
- Analyze, investigate, and author detailed user stories to be consumed by the development team. Ensure user stories are clear, concise, and aligned with project requirements.
Architecture Documentation:
- Investigate current architecture setups and document/update architecture diagrams. Ensure all diagrams are up-to-date and accurately reflect current systems.
Server Inventory Management:
- Update and enhance server inventory lists with critical information. Ensure server inventories are comprehensive and maintained regularly.
OS Migration Paths:
- Identify operating system (OS) migration paths and propose executable solutions. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth migration processes.
