QUALIFICATIONS POUR LE POSTE

L’expérience professionnelle

• Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans les opérations de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, l’approvisionnement, la gestion de la qualité et la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs ou équivalent.
• Une expérience en chaîne d’approvisionnement dans le commerce de détail, la vente en gros ou la fabrication est préféré.
• Expérience en service à la clientèle/assistance ou dans le domaine de la santé un atout.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Performance, the Student will focus on responding to non-performance requests from suppliers, will play a critical role in managing supplier relationships, and resolving issues. The primary responsibility will be to address and resolve non-performance issues raised by suppliers, fostering effective communication and collaboration. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and legal, to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of supplier-related challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Working Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management or equivalent.
• Supply chain experience in Retail or Wholesale or Manufacturing is an asset.
• Customer service/help desk or Life Sciences experience an asset.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations or Supply Chain Management, quality management or equivalent.
• PMP, SCMP, CSCP or Six Sigma/Lean designations are assets.

Personal Development and Soft Skills

• Perfectly bilingual, both written and spoken, with strong business writing skills
• Proficient with ERP systems and replenishment systems an asset
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio, Access)
• Salesforce an asset
• Knowledge of supplier performance management processes, tools, and analytics

Supplier Performance Management

• Manage and monitor cases in Salesforce from suppliers by responding effectively to requests within expected delays to all related Supply Chain Guideline questions (internal-external).
• Participate in the maintenance of McKesson supply chain services (recall management, supplier performance and lumpers) aimed at standardizing and optimizing supply chain efficiency and meeting regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to implementing improvements that will align supply chain processes and stakeholders with McKesson supplier performance requirements.
• Participate in onboarding new and support existing suppliers on McKesson’s supplier-facing supply chain requirements, and processes.
• Maintain supplier contact database up to date and accurate.
• Assist in preparing supplier performance scorecards and performing trend analysis on activities that impact key performance metrics (i.e., on-time delivery, quantity accuracy, product availability) or supply chain excellence (damages due to poor packaging)
• Take part in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with key internal stakeholders, including Operations, Strategic Sourcing, and Finance.
• Coordinate the monitoring and reporting of poor-performing suppliers - escalation process (watchlist, communicate, corrective action - qualitative or quantitative)
• Support the SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Requests) process.
• Act as a key contact for suppliers, McKesson internal business partners for supply chain services (recall services, lumpers, and supplier performance) and ensure issues are appropriately examined, resolved and/or escalated as needed.
• Maintain relevant business knowledge of product categories and stays abreast of market and industry trends and conditions.
• Act as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values.
